HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Delivery of furniture and large items items can be expected between 10-15 business days, depending on your location and the method of shipping used (please note this is an estimate and not a guarantee). Please contact us if you require your item by a certain date and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Smaller parcel items ship by UPS Ground or the equivalent and will be delivered within 7-10 days.
SMALL STANDARD SIZE ITEMS – FREE SHIPPING
For all standard size items that can be sent via parcel (UPS, FedEx), shipping is free and includes a no-signature-required parcel delivery. Small items in the same cart as furniture and large items will be shipped separately from your larger items.
STANDARD FREE FURNITURE DELIVERY:
Standard shipping includes a signature-required threshold delivery to the first dry area or garage with no stair carries or debris removal. Our delivery team will contact you to schedule delivery of your purchase.
UPGRADED WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING: $250
If you would prefer an inside delivery, we suggest you upgrade to White Glove service. Our delivery team will place your piece in the room of your choice, unpack your item and remove all debris so you can enjoy it straight away. This option will be available at checkout for an additional cost. Please note that this process takes longer than an item shipping by standard delivery. Once the order is placed, we will be in contact to arrange delivery date.
