Manoir is the French word for "manor house." Founded in 2015, we are a furniture and home decor collection influenced by classic French and European design. We design, manufacture and curate furniture & objects sourced from artisans globally. Made with sustainable materials and hand-finished by expert craftspeople, our unique pieces go directly to our customers from the makers for quick delivery at fair prices. We have been featured in Boston Common, Traditional Home, New England Home, and French Style magazines.

No, we are online only. By avoiding costly overheads such as renting permanent retail spaces, we’re able to keep our prices down and pass the savings directly on to you, our customers. However, we operate a number of pop up events throughout the year. Sign up to receive information about our next event.
Orders/Returns/Damage
We hope you will love your purchase. However if for some reason you are less than satisfied, please notify us within 100 days of receipt of your item. Please read our full return policy and follow the steps outlined here.
We are really sorry if your product arrived damaged. We use robust packaging, but sometimes damage can occur in transit. If your item arrives with exterior damage, please refuse delivery and mark your packing slip as damaged. Then contact us immediately at customerservice@manoirgroup.com and we will make it right. For minor damage discovered after opening the package, please follow the process outlined in the damages section of our returns policy here. Please note, you have 24 hours from receipt of delivery to make a claim for items damaged in transit.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@manoirgroup.com and we will do our best to make the change. After 24 hours, a processing fee of 5% will apply. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders that have already shipped. Read more in our returns section here.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Small items (non-furniture) in stock will arrive, on average, between 7 to 10 business days. Large furniture items typically deliver between 10-20 days. More accurate estimates will be provided with your tracking information.
For inside deliveries, we suggest you upgrade to our White Glove service. This option will be available at checkout for an additional cost. We will place your piece in a room of your choice, unpack your furniture and remove all debris so you can enjoy it straight away. Learn more about White Glove delivery and shipping here.
