HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Delivery of in stock furniture and large items can be expected between 10-20 business days (please note this is an estimate and not a guarantee). Please check the product page of the item you are purchasing for more detailed information as some items have longer lead times. Smaller parcel items ship by UPS Ground or the equivalent and will be delivered within 7-10 days.
SMALL STANDARD SIZE ITEMS – FREE SHIPPING
For all standard size items that can be sent via parcel (UPS, FedEx), shipping is free and includes a no-signature-required parcel delivery. Small items in the same cart as furniture and large items will be shipped separately from your larger items.
STANDARD FREE FURNITURE DELIVERY:
This is our standard delivery service and it is free! Our delivery team will get in touch with you to schedule a delivery appointment at your convenience. At the appointed time, they will bring your packaged item to the first dry area of your residence - a secure, covered spot protected from weather. Common examples include a front porch, attached garage, covered entryway, or the first covered lobby of an apartment building
Our delivery team will carry your item up to two flights of stairs. If you require more than two flights to access your home, we recommend you upgrade to our White Glove Shipping.
UPGRADED WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING: $250
If you need help with unboxing or moving a larger piece of furniture, or if you have more than two flights of stairs, we recommend you upgrade to our premium White Glove Delivery service. Our delivery team will schedule a delivery appointment with you at your convenience. At the appointed time, they will bring your piece inside your home, place it in the room of your choice and unpack your item (and remove all packaging) so you can enjoy it straight away. This option will be available at checkout for an additional cost.
